Since 1999, we have been a member of the International Association of Independent Law Firms - Interlaw - www.interlaw.org, an international network of law firms whose members are selected according to their solid reputation, precise legal practice, business ability, and excellence in the relation with clients. Interlaw's presence is known around 140 cities in the world, and, in São Paulo, Tess Advogados is the member selected by the association.

COMMITMENTS:
Tess Advogados was established from the association of three lawyers who graduated from the University of São Paulo Law School in 1953: Eduardo Carvalho Tess, Haroldo Lauro Lippe, and Cantídio Salvador Filardi.
In the 50’s, the firm focused on the fields of real estate, family and succession, business and bankruptcy, reorganization and credit recovery areas.
During the next decades, the firm’s corporate advisory services were increased and a strong and referenced name in the Brazilian legal market was consolidated, with participation in countless merger and acquisition transactions, corporate reorganizations, new business structuring, agreements, strategic litigations, banking and financial market, labor, tax, and intellectual property areas, through the rendering of legal advisory services to financial institutions, real estate entrepreneur, industries and Brazilian businessman.
In 1999, Tess Advogados joined the International Association of Independent Law Firms - Interlaw - www.interlaw.org, an international network of law firms whose members are selected according to their solid reputation, precise legal practice, business ability, and excellence in the relation with clients. Therefore, the firm has increased its practice potential, by expanding its activities to the international scope.
